The website presents NODUS Career and NODUS Advisory services and provides general information. Its content does not constitute legal, tax, medical, or investment advice. Career and business information should be considered in the context of each specific situation.

Submitting the contact form constitutes an inquiry and does not constitute an order or create a contract. A contractual relationship begins only when NODUS and the client confirm in writing the service, scope, price, timeline, working method, and other material terms. Package descriptions and displayed prices represent the standard service offering. Before work begins, the parties confirm the selected package, scope, required materials, timeline, and payment method. Additional work outside the confirmed scope requires further agreement. Consumers retain all mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.

The client must provide accurate, complete, and lawfully obtained information and materials, cooperate in a timely manner, and avoid requests that could mislead others. NODUS may refuse or suspend an unlawful, misleading, or discriminatory request, or one that infringes another person’s rights.

NODUS provides professional analysis, preparation, and advice but does not guarantee employment, an interview invitation, an offer, higher earnings, or a particular business outcome. Outcomes also depend on third-party decisions, market conditions, the accuracy of the information provided, and the client’s actions. This does not affect NODUS’s duty to perform agreed services with professional care.

The website design, texts, methodologies, name, and other content belong to NODUS or are used with permission. You may view them for personal and internal business purposes. Copying, publishing, selling, adapting, or using content and deliverables outside the agreed purpose requires prior written consent unless the law permits otherwise.

You must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, introduce malicious code, automatically extract content, or use the website in violation of applicable laws or another person’s rights.
