NODUS has an active contact form but no newsletter, user accounts, online payments, or advertising cookies. When you submit the form or contact us directly by email, we may process your name, contact details, the content of your message, an optionally attached CV, and any other information you voluntarily provide. Google Analytics may process pseudonymous technical usage data such as page views, device type, browser, approximate location, and visit time. Hosting and security systems may automatically process technical data such as your IP address, device type, access time, and the page requested.

The website stores your language selection under nodus-language in your browser. This setting supports site functionality. Google Analytics is used for aggregate visit statistics and successful form submissions, without sending form contents, names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information. You can limit Google Analytics through browser settings or the relevant Google privacy controls.

We use direct correspondence to answer inquiries, take steps at your request before entering into a contract, perform a contract, meet legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests such as security, abuse prevention, and legal claims. We do not use your data for newsletters or direct marketing without separate, freely given consent.

Contact-form data, including an optionally attached CV, is transmitted through Resend, an email delivery provider, and then made available to the relevant NODUS team to respond to the inquiry. The website does not retain a separate copy of the attached CV. Google Analytics provides website analytics. Data may also be made available to providers of hosting and other IT services only to the extent needed to provide and secure the service. It may also be shared with accountants, legal advisors, or competent authorities where a legal basis exists. Where a provider processes data outside Serbia, appropriate safeguards required by applicable data protection laws are used.

Correspondence that does not lead to an engagement is retained for no longer than 12 months after the last communication, unless a longer period is necessary for a legal claim or statutory obligation. Contract and business records are retained for the periods required by applicable law. NODUS currently maintains no proprietary database of website visitors.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing; object to processing; request data portability where applicable; and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. We use reasonable organizational and technical measures appropriate to the data involved. Do not send special-category data, identity documents, or other sensitive information unless this has been expressly agreed in advance and is necessary for a specific service.
